I’m in the mood to have a
ball. A medicine ball. So every exercise this week uses one! If you do not have access to a medicine ball,
all the exercises except the slams can be done with dumbbells; substitute your
favorite cardio exercise for the slams (jacks, mountain climbers, jump rope,
etc.). Three rounds.
