Labor Day is over. School tends to start before Labor Day now,
but I still think of this moment as a new year.
What that means is that it’s a great time to set some goals.
What do we want for
ourselves in the coming months? The
coming year? Do we want to be
thinner? Stronger? Leaner?
More flexible? Goals can get us
there. I am standing by to help set
measurable, achievable goals, to enable accountability, and to encourage.
We can spend a whole
session on a big plan, or just a few minutes on a small one. I’m here for whatever is needed!
