Go Team!



For most of us, fitness is a team sport.  This is as it should be.  We all need help with our fitness, whether it is from our doctors, our trainers, our class instructors, our massage therapists, our regular therapists, our supportive family and friends, or even our dogs (you know, like my dog, who loves to inform me that it is time to get out of bed and walk!).

From time to time, it is worth taking a look at how our team is working for us.  Maybe we love our doctor, but we haven’t been to see her for a while and she could get us some useful data about how our cholesterol levels are coming along.  Maybe it’s time to have a conversation with our trainer about stepping it up (or taking it down) a notch.

Teams work best when there is lots of communication.  Honesty and trust also help.

We can all do it, and we do it better together.
