The new year can
be overwhelming. We’ve just had a week
or so of celebrating and family and food and presents and and and. Suddenly, we are back to reality and there is
so much to do!
Here is my advice
for today: do one good thing. Just one.
Maybe that one thing is going for a walk. Maybe it’s drinking a glass of water. Maybe it’s lifting weights. Maybe it’s taking a much-needed nap.
Despite our best
efforts, we cannot do everything at once.
We are not engaged in a race.
One thing. We can do it.
