We are doing some of my
favorite compound exercises this week.
To be clear, it’s not that I love doing squats and woodchoppers and
lunge punches; I love what they do for the body. Compound exercises burn lots of calories,
pump up our metabolisms, and help us build coordination. We can try to remember that when we’re doing
that last lunge… Three rounds.
