Monday Workout: Burpees are back



I may have been slacking.  I haven’t put burpees in a workout in a good long time.  We’re fixing that this week, but I won’t ask for thanks because that would be silly.  Three rounds.

clean and press

squats

lateral raise

ball slams

bench press
