I guess I’ll stick with
the theme: here are four reasons to keep
working out:
1.
Live
longer! Exercise leads to positive
outcomes against most of the common causes of death.
2.
Live
better! We really don’t want to live
longer if we’re stuck in a wheelchair and unable to use our faculties. Exercise keeps our bodies working well and
our brains sharp.
3.
Look
cuter! Exercise shapes our bodies, but
more importantly, it builds our confidence by showing us what we can
achieve. Confidence is sexy!
4.
Feel
good! Exercise lifts mood. It also helps us play longer and more
enthusiastically.
