Monday Workout: SAQ



The speed ladder is fun to play with.  We can channel our inner NFL player.  More prosaically, we can train to avoid the Lego minefield our kids have left or dodge the shoes that someone (usually me) left in the middle of the floor.  Who knew that speed/agility/quickness drills were so applicable to daily life?  Three rounds.
