Baste yourself, along with the turkey...


Holiday prep can be stressful.  Cardio to the rescue!  It may not seem like it is possible, but making the time for heavy breathing and sweating will make the rest go better.  Reasons:

      Improved mood.
      Increased energy.
      Reduced anxiety and depression symptoms.
      Refueled enthusiasm.


Go play somewhere in the middle of the work.
