I love compound exercises
because they’re efficient. They work
multiple joints at the same time, so we get more done sooner, and they build up
our metabolism so we burn more calories.
When we throw in a little asymmetric work, like with the single arm
clean and press, we get bonus points for working on our stability. Three rounds.
